Uintah Mosquito Abatement District takes fraud seriously. Any reports of fraud will be addressed immediately. 

Reports of fraud should be submitted in writing.  Reports should also include any evidence that supports the claim. Include essential information with specifics on who, what, when, and where, as well as any other details that may be important such as information on other witnesses, relevant documents, etc. 

Fraud may consist of, but is not limited to:

• Financial misconduct
• Waste or misuse of district funds or resources
• Gross mismanagement
• Abuse of authority
• Unethical conduct

Constructive suggestions on how the district can better manage its finances, ensure proper oversight, and/or function more effectively are also welcome.
